Are you challenged by any of the issues shown below:

  • Provide safe environment for kids while the parents work?

  • Provide safe and learning environment for the kids?

  • Obtaining and maintaining a qualified staff?

  • Make your program as affordable as possible?

After careful consideration, we elected to add Life Benefits Telemedicine program as a benefit for our staff.  Within a week, our staff had used the service 6 times.  Each time they used it, I was told "Thank You, this program saved me so much time and money."

What are you doing to help provide affordable benefits for your staff?

Getting and keeping a good qualified staff is becoming more difficult.  For the most part, you must find someone with a passion for helping children or have kids of their own that need daycare/preschool and they want to still be with their kids and make some money.

It takes a special type of person to work in your industry.  When you are looking for people to staff your operation, you have a real challenge.  You are not only competing with other daycare's and preschool's but you are competing against all other business types.

Many times, those other businesses are able to provide the employee with strong benefit programs including healthcare, retirement plans, vacation and sick days, etc.  In the daycare and preschool industry you are probably not able to provide the depth of benefit programs that other businesses can provide.  For the most part, this is driven by the need to contain the cost of operating your daycare.  You must be able to provide your service so that more people can afford to have a safe place to keep their kids while they work.

Also, it is very important to have a staff that is available to work on a daily basis.  Staff absenteeism can be a real problem for the day to day operation.

Until the past few years, there has not been anything that could help with the benefit and absenteeism issues that you may base.

Introducing Telemedicine.

Telemedicine has been around for nearly two decades.  It is one of the fastest growing programs in the benefit world.  There are now more than 20 million people in the US that has it available.

Telemedicine is a simple program.  But it is so powerful.

Telemedicine provides your staff and their families a path to gain immediate medical access for those non-emergency needs that every family has each and every year.

Statistically, over 70 % of the visit to Urgent Care and ER can be handled through the use of Telemedicine.

With the Life Benefits program, your staff can utilize this with NO CONSULTATION CHARGE.  That's right,  rather than having to pay co-pays, co-insurance, or having the entire bill be applied against your deductible, you and your staff can gain medical access by only having to pay a low monthly membership.

Your primary care physician should be used if they are available in a timely manner.  Unfortunately, that means that they may have to miss work.  Of course, the options many will take when that doesn't work is  1) Not doing anything and staying home or going to work sick, 2)  Going to urgent care after work or 3) Going to the Emergency Room.

Getting healthcare on your own schedule is now available through the use of telehealth.  Almost 70% of the time telehealth can be used to gain treatment when any of the above are used.  This allows them to get the consultation on their time--before or after work or during lunch time or breaks.  These consultations can be scheduled for "as soon as possible" or "at a specific time".

Life Benefits telehealth products cover the entire household and there is NO CONSULTATION CHARGE to talk to a doctor.

Most of our programs are under $10 per employee per month.  Some of these programs are well under this amount.

Telehealth works.  More than 20,000,000 people in the United States have it and more than 1,000,000 consultations have been conducted.
